By purchasing or using our tutorials, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. The Tutorials
Our website provides digital video tutorials focused on acrobatic dance, acrobatics, movement, and related techniques.
The tutorials are provided for educational purposes. They are designed to help you learn and explore different movements and techniques but are not a substitute for in-person instruction, professional coaching, or individual assessment.

2. Purchasing Tutorials
When you purchase a tutorial or bundle, you are purchasing access to the digital content specified on the relevant product page.
Prices are displayed on the website at the time of purchase. Any applicable taxes or VAT will be displayed where required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to correct pricing or other obvious errors on the website. If an obvious error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

3. Access to Digital Content
After a successful purchase, you will receive access to the tutorial(s) through the website.
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant product page, access is intended for your personal use and is not transferable to another person.
You are responsible for keeping your account and login information secure and for preventing unauthorized access to your purchased content.
We aim to keep purchased tutorials available and accessible. However, we cannot guarantee that the website or digital content will be available without interruption at all times due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

4. Personal Use & Sharing
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the tutorials for your own personal learning and practice.
You may not:
Share your account or login details with other people.
Copy, reproduce, download, record, redistribute, or publicly display the tutorials unless expressly permitted by us.
Sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise transfer access to the tutorials to another person.
Upload or distribute the tutorials, in whole or in part, on other websites, social media, file-sharing services, or other platforms.
All tutorials, videos, demonstrations, text, graphics, and other content provided through the website remain the intellectual property of Carl Giacomello Scharnberg / Giacomoves, unless otherwise stated.

5. Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Danish consumer law. However, specific rules apply to digital content.
Where digital content is supplied immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal may cease once you have expressly consented to the delivery beginning and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
Where applicable, we will obtain the necessary consent and acknowledgement before providing immediate access to the purchased digital content.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you under applicable law.
If you believe that your purchase has a technical problem or that the digital content does not correspond to what was agreed, please contact us at Carl.scharnberg@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and provide any remedy required by applicable law.

6. Digital Content & Legal Rights
We aim to ensure that the tutorials are provided as described on the website and are accessible in accordance with the purchase agreement.
If the digital content has a defect or does not comply with applicable legal requirements, you may have statutory rights to have the issue remedied, receive a price reduction, or terminate the purchase, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits your mandatory consumer rights.

7. Safety & Liability
Important Safety Information
The tutorials available on this website involve acrobatics, dance, and physical movement. These activities involve inherent risks, including falls, strains, and other injuries.
The tutorials are provided for educational purposes and are intended to help you learn and explore different movements and techniques. They are not a substitute for in-person instruction, professional coaching, or individual assessment.
By purchasing and using the tutorials, you acknowledge that you are responsible for deciding whether a movement is appropriate for your own level of experience, physical condition, and abilities.
Do not attempt a movement if you are unsure whether you can perform it safely.
If you have an injury, medical condition, or concerns about your ability to participate in physical activity, you should seek appropriate professional advice before attempting the movements.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for practicing the movements demonstrated in the tutorials safely and within your own abilities.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

8. No Guarantee of Results
The tutorials are educational material and individual results will vary.
We do not guarantee that you will be able to perform a particular movement or achieve a particular level of skill by following the tutorials.
Your results may depend on factors including your existing abilities, physical condition, training experience, practice, and other individual circumstances.

9. Changes to the Website or Tutorials
We may occasionally update, improve, modify, or replace tutorials or other parts of the website.
Where a change materially affects your rights or the digital content you have purchased, we will comply with any applicable legal requirements regarding such changes.
Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights concerning digital content.

10. Suspension or Termination of Access
We may suspend or terminate access to your account if you seriously or repeatedly breach these Terms & Conditions, including by sharing, copying, redistributing, or otherwise misusing the tutorials.
Where access is suspended or terminated, this will not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the website and purchased content available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical problems, hosting issues, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
